Midweek Stress Buster Show 11/6/2013
We are all on a quest for our life purpose. Sometimes things go our way and sometimes they don’t. How do you handle setbacks? Today’s show was all about ovecoming setbacks and moving your life forward. I found a great read in Happy Science Monthly, Issue 231 which describes the 6 levels of dealing with setbacks. Take a moment to stop and think of how you handle them. Do you become angry or blame others? Or do you look at them as a learning experience?
I gave an exercise to do when you experience a failure. Write down your successes and write down your failures. Now examine the failure page-can you look at the experience and see what you learned? Use that lesson to change how you move forward and keep trying until you succeed.
