Midweek Stress Buster Show May 29, 2013

Marie and I tried something different this week.  We decided to put out a midweek stress buster show, kind of a midweek break from your everyday routine.  During the show we discussed the variety of options that you can choose from especially for those of you who work outside of your home.  No matter what your work space looks like there are some things that you can do to make it more personal.  Have a small section for yourself and put something beautiful in that space; a picture, a calming word/s( LOVE, Peace, Calmness), a statue of Budda, Kwan Yin, or whatever trips your trigger, and is not viewed as offensive by others.  If you are having an intense week with co-workers, boss, or someone else choose to set the intent of looking at the situation differently and with a higher perspective.

Let the situation be a golden opportunity to see it differently.  Be the bigger person who disengages from a disagreement.  The situation can always be reviewed once it is calmed down and done on another day.  Smile more at your employees, co-workers, customers, and others whoever they may be.  Surround yourself in a bubble of beautiful “pink energy”.  Do something nice for someone without the expectation of “what will I get out of it.”  Pat yourself on the back.  Know that you did a great job even though others may not credit you on it.  Do not personalize anything no matter how personal it feels.  It is a situation that is being given to you to look at it and look at the trigger points in you.  Look at those trigger points and forgive them and release them and let them go.  YOU CAN DO IT!

Get out of saying why do I always have to be the bigger person.  You can choose to lead by example.

Join us each Wednesday at 3pm for the Midweek Stress Buster Show.  We will continue to give you some healthy tidbits of information to get you through the day and bring it home with you:)

Sending you tons of LOVE and LIGHT each day,

Beth and Marie
